Colors and appearance may vary by screen. Product design, packaging, specifications, included accessories, and availability may change where permitted without materially misrepresenting the product.

You are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for your voltage, capacity, current, charging system, installation, environment, vehicle, equipment, and intended application.

Batteries and electrical products must be installed, charged, stored, transported, maintained, and used according to:

  • The product manual;

  • Product labels;

  • Applicable electrical and safety codes;

  • Vehicle or equipment manufacturer requirements; and

  • Instructions supplied by GSP Battery USA Inc.

Installation should be performed by a qualified person when the application requires technical knowledge.

Incorrect wiring, polarity, cable sizing, overcurrent protection, charging profile, voltage, installation, ventilation, mounting, or environmental exposure may cause property damage, personal injury, fire, or product failure.

  1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

  • Interfere with website security or operation;

  • Introduce malicious code;

  • Scrape or copy protected content without authorization;

  • Misrepresent your identity;

  • Use the website for fraud;

  • Circumvent purchase restrictions;

  • Violate export or sanctions laws; or

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Harris County, Texas.

Changes do not retroactively reduce rights already accrued where prohibited by law.
